Avoid negativity: Be it negative people, depressive surroundings, gloomy things or bad vibes – avoid them all. The less you respond to negativity the more peaceful your life becomes.
Boundaries: Boundaries are the rules and expectations you set with yourself and others. They define your needs, wants and expectations. Have the courage and strength to set clear boundaries with the people in your life.
Change: The one thing we all seem to want and fear at the same time in our lives. Don’t be afraid of change; be afraid of being the same. Change is progressive. So don’t spend your energy in fighting the old but focus on building the new.
Dream: Life will only change when you become more committed to your dreams than your comfort zone. Hence dream; Dream big.
Excitement: Look for excitement in everything in your life. Ask yourself, “What is my exciting thing for today?” and go chase it. Live your life with the right amount of enthusiasm because we all know that life is fleeting.
Family & Friends: Because the best times are always found with family and friends around!
Gratitude: Be grateful. Focus on what you have. Make gratitude your default setting and watch your life change.
Hope: Whether you are 25 or 62, don’t live without hope in your life. It’s what makes you want your life more than ever.
Imagination: One secret ingredient that nearly all successful people share is how to use imagination in their favor. The ability to imagine influences everything we do, think about and create. Imagination ignites passion. Imagination stimulates creativity and innovation. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.
Junk: We are junkies of one kind or another - addicted to junk like sugar, caffeine, social media, and our phones. When you are a junkie life becomes a series of reaction, not choices. The course of your day, the actions you take don’t serve you, they serve another master. Throw the junk away and be a master of your own life.
Kick-some-ass: Get up, dress up and show the world who the boss is.
Learn: Never. Stop. Learning. Anything. New.
Make efforts: All things in life begin with effort. You are never going to win every moment, but you must still apply the same effort. Do this for yourself.
Nurture: Put yourself at the top of your to-do-list and rest will fall into place. Nurturing yourself is necessary to your survival and well-being. Take care of yourself until the very end.
Oxytocin: Oxytocin is the hormone of love. It connects us to people. It makes us feel what other people feel. Spread it to people. Go give them a hug.
Practice: The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is practice. Practice puts brains in your muscles. Continue practicing until perfection becomes your only outcome.
Quiet: It is essential to quiet your mind every now and then and listen. Silence will help you in finding the answers that your intuition already knows.
Read: Everything you read fills your head with new bits of information, and you never know when it might come in handy. The more knowledge you have, the better equipped you are to tackle any challenge you’ll ever face.
Satisfaction: Don’t stop until you are satisfied with your outcome. Satisfaction lies in the effort, not in the attainment.
Trust: Trust is the glue of life. It’s the most essential ingredient in communication and in life. It is the foundation of all relations.
Unstoppable: Choose to be unstoppable. Focus on your goals. Trust your intuition and live a courageous life.
Vocal: Be vocal, speak up. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Don’t hold back from sharing your thoughts, feelings, and needs just to be ‘nice’. By speaking up you honor others and you honor yourself.
Worship:
Worship the God. Believe in the spirit of the universe to not lose a sense of
wonder and gratitude. This will help you see the world in a better light.
Xercise: Workout for confidence, strength, for the feeling of accomplishment. Workout for stress release, happiness but most importantly - workout for yourself.
You: You are the expert! It’s easy to think that other people hold the answers that you seek, but the only person who can tell you when you need to feel truly satisfied is you.
Zzz: Getting enough sleep is just as important as working out. Sleep is an essential part of our life. Sleep is a gift.
